Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 2 years or 72 units of college education.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals
• Outstanding computer skills for preparing presentations and drafting property sale documentations
• Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritize activities
• Excellent presentation skills
• Candidate must be a resident near the project vicinity
Duties and Responsibilities:
• List and advertise real estate properties in social media and other Multiple Listing Sevices (MLS) to gain the attention of prospective clients.
• Gather prospective clients thru online, manning and referrals
• Develop content for sales presentations and other materials
• Accompany clients during site presentation visit and tripping
• Assisting clients from buying process to closing process
• Attending Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS)
